Job Description

Regal Professional Services is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with a background in business jet maintenance. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay for a Tech II level role.

Pay Rate: $32 – $36/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:

Responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft. All work must be documented in accordance with applicable manuals and FAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex repairs on various aircraft systems
  • Create service orders using SAP or other operating systems
  • Assist with engine and APU runs as required
  • Provide accurate time estimates for assigned tasks
  • Document all work performed per regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current FAA A&P License (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of corporate/business jet maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on aircraft systems
  • Capable of performing functional checks without lead supervision
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with OEM manuals, service bulletins, and work cards
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Delegated Inspector certification
  • Engine Run & Taxi Qualified
  • APU Operation Qualified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
