About the Role:

We're actively seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to support advanced business jet maintenance operations in Little Rock, AR. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a highly specialized environment, and long-term career potential.

You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped facility performing troubleshooting, installation, and repairs on sophisticated avionics systems across a fleet of elite fixed-wing aircraft.

✈Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, testing, installation, and repair of avionics systems on fixed-wing aircraft.
• Diagnose issues with navigation, communication, auto-pilot, and other electronic systems.
• Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer data to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Document maintenance, repair, and testing activities in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Support functional checks, operational tests, and pre-delivery inspections.
• Collaborate with airframe and systems technicians to meet project timelines and aircraft delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of avionics troubleshooting experience on fixed-wing aircraft platforms.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of aircraft electronics systems, including flight control, navigation, communication, and entertainment systems.
• Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a background and drug screening.

Preferred:

• Prior military avionics experience highly regarded.
• FAA A&P or FCC license a plus (not required).
