Job Description
Manage, organize, and research aircraft records; coordinate across teams; support maintenance planning and compliance.
Responsibilities: • Oversee organization of aircraft records for accuracy, compliance, and accessibility • Conduct historical research and compile reports • Respond to employee queries for records retrieval • Maintain integrity of component repair files and Life Limited Parts/Time Limits • Collaborate with Technicians, QC, Materials, Flight Ops, and Maintenance Programs • Plan/schedule maintenance events; establish timelines and tracking • Enter work scope details into company work order system
Qualifications: • 2+ years Aircraft Records experience (maintenance planning preferred) • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Familiarity with aviation maintenance documentation • Work order system experience; strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environment • Regulatory knowledge a plus; basic billing/maintenance tracking software
Work Environment: Indoor office with occasional movement between buildings; near occasional aircraft noise.
