Job Description
Hands-on building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs; support safe, functional facilities.
Responsibilities: • General handyman tasks (carpentry, drywall, painting, furniture repairs) • Basic maintenance on lighting, doors/locks, HVAC filters • Routine plumbing repairs • Minor electrical work (replace fixtures/outlets/switches) • Event setups and minor remodeling; assist departments • Support airport flight line as needed; escort vendors/contractors • Respond to maintenance requests promptly • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; follow safety procedures
Qualifications: • HS diploma or equivalent • 2+ years general building maintenance • HVAC/electrical experience a plus • Tool proficiency; troubleshooting & time management • Work independently; good communication; basic computer skills • Physically able to lift 50 lbs; ladders; extended standing • Familiarity with OSHA/safety codes a plus
