Line Service Technician

Flight line operations including refueling, towing, marshaling, ramp/customer services; uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities: • Provide customer service to pilots/passengers/owners • Refuel and tow aircraft; marshaling for arrivals/departures • Baggage handling, valet, shuttle services • Service order documentation, lavatory/tire air service, GPU, ground maneuvering, pilot transport, radio comms • Windshield cleaning, cabin amenities service • Operate fuel trucks, GPUs, tugs, lifts • Escort and assist transportation needs • Coordinate with CSRs to complete requests • Use PPE and follow safety procedures; maintain equipment/work area

Qualifications: • HS diploma or GED • Aviation/FBO experience preferred • Aircraft marshaling experience a plus • Problem-solving; oral/written communication; follow detailed instructions • Multitask in fast-paced environment; differentiate aircraft types; know military time/phonetic alphabet • Work under pressure; self-starter with willingness to learn • Available nights/weekends/holidays/overtime

Work Environment: Very active; standing/walking/bending/kneeling/stooping/crouching/crawling/climbing all day; frequently lift 50+ lbs; weather exposure; loud noise.
