Aircraft Structures Mechanic

Advanced Integrated Solutions is looking to hire experienced AMT Structures Mechanic to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities

• DC9 Experience Required
• Shearing/Cutting and fabrication of sheet metal within tight tolerances.
• Perform layout and transfer hole pattern techniques on manufactured parts by using scribe and punch tools.
• Frequently complete rivet installations and removals.
• Perform assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) support for components and other aircraft worthy parts.
• Operation and potential maintenance of shop equipment including shears, brakes, drills, grinders, etc.
• Proper use of measuring equipment including dial calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.
• Understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Comply with internal policies and procedures, original equipment manufacture (OEM) manuals, along with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. OSHA, FAA, ISO/AS, etc.)
• Maintain safe and orderly working area conditions.
• Must have your own tools
• Must be able to use appropriate technical data and performs disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing and calibration of aircraft components and company special tools and ground equipment
• Read and interprets manufacturers and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
