We are seeking highly skilled Aviation Structures Mechanics to join a leading aircraft service facility in Little Rock, Arkansas, supporting the maintenance and structural integrity of world-class business jets. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to transition into a full-time role with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced structural repairs, replacements, and fabrication on corporate aircraft.
• Carry out riveting and sheet metal work with high precision and in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals and FAA standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
• Work in a heavy maintenance environment—including major inspections and modifications.
• Follow all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to meet project deadlines and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of aviation riveting experience.
• Strong background in structural repairs, part replacements, and metal fabrication.
• Experience working in a heavy maintenance (MRO) environment on fixed-wing aircraft.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience on business jets or Falcon-class aircraft is a plus.
