Customer Support Associate-DFW Airport

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Associates for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions at DFW International Airport.

Starting Pay Rate at $17.00/hr + GREAT BENEFITS!

As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE, you won’t be stuck behind a counter ringing up customers. Nor will you spend time counting and reconciling money at the beginning and end of your shift. We are a cash-free business where technology handles the credit card sales transactions for us! Instead, our Team focuses on keeping shelves full of great products, organized and clean, and keeping customers happy! *We provide *_*job readiness *_training, so you are comfortable with how the technology works!

A few things that you must do in this role:

• CUSTOMER FOCUSED: Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers; ability to handle several customers at once.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Enjoy engaging with the customers: help to familiarize our cashier-free shopping experience, assist with product selection, listening to their needs, and answering questions.
• Must be able to work an entire shift independently, eight (8) hours or more.
• Must be able to multi-task by handling customers, stocking products, and assisting with product deliveries.
• Must have flexibility to opening and closing times (the location MUST by contract open at 5:00 am and close when the last flight departs-closing times may vary).
• Lifting 35lbs minimum and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a thorough TSA Federal Criminal 10 Year History Record Check
