Flight Line Ramp Agent

Entry-level customer service on ramp; coordinate with Line Service; monitor flights; complete opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities: • Meet/greet customers on ramp • Concierge services (fueling/catering coordination) • Stock departing aircraft with coffee/ice/newspapers/catering • Escort/assist transportation needs • Communicate customer needs; monitor ramp movements • Work with Line Service to complete requests • Maintain clean/professional lobby; maintain supplies • Correspond with customers/vendors; multitask

Qualifications: • HS diploma or GED • 0–1 years relevant customer service (aviation/FBO preferred) • Excellent communication, analytical/organizational skills • Accurate records; multitask in fast-paced environment • Willing to learn; creative thinking • Valid Driver's License; ability to attain Love Field badge
