Network Administrator

Administer and support enterprise network, servers, security systems, and office systems; manage projects and support remote stations, VPNs, PBX, kiosks, and proprietary airline apps.

Responsibilities: • Monitor, manage, maintain, and configure enterprise network and systems • Perform network administration (backup, security, user accounts, email, web server, internet access, office systems) • Support server, network, and desktop hardware/software and applications • Conduct technology needs analysis and hardware/software rollouts • Plan, implement, and support network and computing infrastructure • Manage small to medium projects within budgets and schedules • Support remote station offices, VPNs, and call center uptime SLAs • Support airline proprietary application servers (Hermes, Airman, Geneva, EFB, Airfase, ARM, flight planning) • Monitor/manage PBX; coordinate with vendors • Support kiosk and check-in/ticket desk systems; other IT/Commercial tasks as needed

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent) • CCNA and MCP certifications • 3+ years in system/network administration • Knowledge of Windows servers/desktop products; remote access; PBX systems • Ability to administer a 200+ node network (firewalls, VPN, printers, UPS, CCTV, etc.) • Ability to provide application-level support and vendor coordination • Airline industry experience is an advantage
