Storekeeper

Support daily store operations for aircraft materials and tools; ensure compliant handling, storage, issuance, and documentation; support maintenance activities and parts availability.

Responsibilities: • Issue spare parts and materials for line and base maintenance operations • Maintain storage facilities to aviation standards • Update material requirements for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance (e.g., engine changes, C-checks) • Follow safety, housekeeping, and material handling procedures • Handle delivery and collection of spare parts to/from aircraft • Assist Store Inspectors with binning received/inspected materials • Generate and update reports (quarantine items, unserviceable parts, pick slips, fast-moving items, stock levels) • Ensure issued rotables have serviceable tags/supporting documents; pursue return of removed components with unserviceable tags/documents • Handle picking/packing of serviceable and unserviceable materials • Assist in annual and mid-year stock takes

Requirements: • Degree in Supply Chain, Aircraft Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent) • 2+ years in aviation supply chain or materials handling • Knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices • Familiarity with authorized release certificates, shop findings/visit reports, MSDS, and certificates of conformity • Understanding of aircraft parts classification (rotables, consumables, expendables) • Experience with airline ERP systems and spreadsheets • Good command of English
